The place was clean. I booked the twin room with river views, everything was beautiful. I booked a room with a big bed, central heating, an iron and a work desk. Excellent restaurant provided Asian dishes.

The restaurants are great at the hotel - staff are friendly but understand hardly any English. However, food is cheap as u can eat as much as u can :) at the buffet and it provides a huge variety of asian food!
The rooms are filthy and covered in dust and other things which aren't pleasant!! The walls are paper thin therefor u can hear everything (I mean everything!!!) You could propably get a nice view over the canal if only the windows were cleaned... at night it's rather noisy at the hotel, we heard a lot of banging and voices + boats passing the hotel which was less of a problem tho. The bed is hard, there is no hairdryer, signal on tele is rubbish, shower curtain smells, breakfast is poor - on 2nd day we got served left overs from day before and not much choice (unless u like ham and dried up cheese) etc. The list is long!!! Wouldn't go there again unless I fancy a good chinese meal!

The novelty of the venue, the fact that you are floating on the River Rhine. The buffet restaurant was very well stocked and good value. It is next to the Euro Mast which is amazing.
Breakfast was sparse, the Karaoke went on til 2.15 on our first noght

Only the location was good.
I am really sorry that it named as 4 star hotel. I found there poor than a 1 star hotel in staff and especially in breakfast. I never will recommend there to anyone.

Unbelieable courteous staff and very comfortable room. (And spacious). The buffet dinner would have to be the best value ever. Excellent English spoken by Liesel who looked after us.And on a small shipping canal. Excellent

Free internet, nice view over the harbor. The boat rocks when a large vessel passes by which made it funny. (only a little bit). Dinner was good.
The breakfast sucked. There was nothing like petit pain, croissants, toast or whatever. I would ask for a refund, but the receptionist vanished.

The room was clean, perfect, and included breakfast; the location was unique, with the river and a beautiful park next door, as well as easy access to the bus station.

It was an ideal base for our superb stay. We had a big size room with the river view. The location was amazing and marvellous, close to a tram station.

Big room, good bed
too much noise, walls are thin, you can hear everything from other rooms and from outside, we couldn't sleep at all, shower is almost unusable - easy to burn yourself. hotel restaurant is to expensive.

Ian
The river views here are lovely and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

We greatly enjoyed triple room provided with for milk, an uncleared bath tub, for example. The location was unique, just a pleasant stroll away from Euromast Tower. Booked this for our trip and it met standards.
